I am finding that when I am trying to set message rules for Outlook 2000, JAWS 11 is not reading a lot of stuff that is there. I can revert back to JAWS 9 and it works perfectly. But, for some reason JAWS 11 will not read the things properly. Can someone please tell me why this may be happening and what I can do to correct it?
