Chris, That is a very good question and from my personal experience it may. Over the years, since ILM was introduced, some changes in machine hardware have triggered this and some have not. I have never been able to pinpoint specifically which ones do. I would suggest calling Freedom Scientific and letting them know you are going to do this so that if it does trigger the need they will be more willing to reset your count. I have found them very easy to work with if you explain why and what is going on. Again, this is based on my personal experience.
