Would you be able to give specific directions on how to perform a "restore"?
My fear is that is the way I lost this information in the first place when I used "Fast Access DSL" to go back in time.

If I originally went back to 12/11/09, What point would I now go back to in order to possibly retrieve the lost information?

Thank you for the help.

Rich

I can tell you right now if they are not in a deleted folder or some other folder. Then you won't get them back. A restore may do the job, but wouldn't count on that method either. See emails unless saved separately are not stored as a file on the harddrive. The email program saves the folder as one file with no backup. The restore may be able to pull that file from its archives, but even that would be luck and worth a shot.

I downloaded this utility and ran it.
But I have NO idea on how to use it.
I ran the scan and came up with about 100 thousand files.
I don't have a clue on how to open any of these.

Most importantly, I am trying to look for lost e mails on OE and it doesn't seem simple to locate this.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

 Recuva can be found in
www.jaws-users.com
Programs
Under Utilities, item #60.

Not in your C Drive, Program Files as I assume you haven't install it before.

Try recuva which can be found on the programs page. It is supposed to work
in those kinds of situations.

Hi there. Somehow three of my files have been permanently deleted from my recycle bin, and that was because I wasn't listening to the instructions,
but is there a way I can recover those files? please tell me there is.
I'm
wanting to know if there is a program which is jaws friendly that I could
perhaps download and try and recover them back again. If not, then bad
luck
I guess. thanks your help would be much appreciated. Kimmie.
