Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you to all that posted answers/messages to my question about my problem with my Jaws10 and my new pc running windows 7 64bit. Today i took it back to PC World, and to my surprise they agreed to exchange it for me for free for a toshiba laptop that was running windows 7 32bit.
