Try upgrading to firefox 3.6, apparently it works better with windows 7. In firefox, go to help, then check for updates. After pressing enter, press enter again on get new version, then restart firefox when prompted and answer the UAC prompt appropriately.

HTH.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Firefox

I am using windows 7, Jaws11.0.756, and firefox 3.5.7. Often when I open a new page, JAWS seems not to see the links. If I locate them with the JAWS cursor, then rout Jaws to PC, I can sometimes click on a link and it will open; sometimes, though, JAWS just hops to a different link. Does Firefox need special settings in order to work correctly. It was my impression that it should work better than I.E.8, but with this computer it most certainly doesn't.
