[JAWS-Users] jaws not saying unread

Hi, all
This is the third time I requested help with this and got no respond. I am 
using window 7, jaws 11 and window live message for email. When I get emails, I 
do not hear unread. I did so in the beginning of using the email program but 
now. Help please.
