George,
Pleas let me know how that goes. I work as a tax examiner for the IRS, and a number of our visually impaired employees ask about what works best. Any info is appreciated since I can't try them all myself.
Thanks

Mike,I have used TurboTax for years and as you know the last couple it has become unusable without sighted help, so I changed to H&R Block basic this year, imported my data from TurboTax just fine and as I said will let you know about H&R Block tax. We do not have a state income tax in Florida so I
only needed the basic federal.

I have a friend that I used to work with until he retired and he helps me with TurboTax. I can tell you that some of the IRS talking forms are ok but you still need to know how to fill ut the form and what goes where. I
have experimented with some at work with fair to good results.
Unfortunately none of the forms or programs are tagged as they should be. I've also emailed them on this. We will see what happens this year. I
will be loading TurboTax today or tomorrow.

We've been using tax act for a few years and with some help from the Mrs.
it
is doable or has been so far. This question comes up every year.

I use TurboTax with some help and I have also used Tax Cut but the
cursor jumped with tax cut a few years ago. I haven't tried Tax Act
yet.
