I'm using Jaws 10 with XP, and actually this particular problem also occurred when using 11. 10 seems to work overall better for me, but one thing I've noticed is, when I am in config manager and want to look at the list of verbosity items to check or uncheck, Jaws only reads item number one. If I arrow down to the next item and then shift-tab and tab back it'll tell me what item I've selected. But it should just read down the list and it doesn't. I don't yet know if this is the only place it won't read a complete list on; as I explore my newly-built computer I'm so far finding most list views everywhere else reading okay. I have not had to change much in config, so can't tell you if there are other places there where a list won't read, but definitely the verbosity list will only read first item.
