The only time I see that come up is when my work computer is bring up
a PDF file in the browser. So from that would say there is a very big
bug in the way jaws handles PDF files in the browser. Because one it
is showing up, turning off the usage of it still won't make it go away.

I restored my computer to the correct time, I then ran IE 8 and I get this

"How to fix the drive letter access and internet explorer 8 incompatibility
problem."
That statement is followed by
"Parent document button."
Clicking on that does nothing. Opening a new tabb, such as facebook, will
give me the first line of that window followed by
"open parent document buttton."
I do not know what else to do except remove I E 8 and go back to I E 7. I
would like to use I E 8.

You have to remove IE 8 from Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel to
roll back to IE 7. Performing a System Restore without first removeing IE 8
will not work. You should restore your computer to the state it was in
after IE 8 was installed, and then remove it using Add/Remove Programs. IE
8 will be listed under "Windows Internet Explorer". You cannot have two
versions of IE installed at the same time, which is probably why you could
not install IE 7 from aflash drive. There are third-party suites that
contain all versions of IE, but my experience is that they don't work and
may really screw up your computer. I am using IE 8 with JAWS 9 and XP Pro
and have had no problems. Good luck.
