.flac mostlikely is an audio file. Flac is for free lossless audio codec.
I think winamp plays it. Vlc does for sure.
Flac is lossless meaning it preserves the original audio signal in contrary
mp3 does not by throwing away information that is supposed to not be
important.
It reduces the size of an audio file by approximately half it's size.
