What I was thinking was something like if your second e-mail account were forwarding all incoming messages to the first e-mail account, then when you download the new mail from the first account all the forwarded e-mails could be filtered into a separate folder. I can be more specific if you wish. This is sort of a jerry-rig solution, but it may work for you.
