Hello,
when in the search dialogue of windows select files and folders. Next
activate a button that has to be called something like "more options".
Select adobe acrobat document. Leave the file name empty and voilà.
All pdf documents.
I always hope I am clear enough since I don't know the exact names of the
buttons and menus in an english version of windows.
So be creative.
Everything I did was reachable by tab key. No need for Jaws cursor.

I just did it on my computer, so hopefully it will work for you.
I just pressed windows key F, typed in PDF and everything that has
to do with PDF's came up. Emails, documents, etc. Take care buddy!
