When you are in the message try shift-tabbing once and you should land on
your attachment, which will be a button so space bar to activate it and
proceed to save or open it.
If you already know that there is an attachment you can just skip that last
step, press alt-f and down arrow until you hear save attachments, press
enter, if there are more than one attachment, press spacebar on the select
all button, and press enter on ok to finish it out.
Another way to find out if there is an attachment in your email, once you
are in the message press the jaws key followed by the letter A and it should
announce if there is an attachment...
