Hi Gerald;

The punctuation setting in verboscity and the punctuation settings in
customize punctuation in the configuration manager have 2 different
meanings. For example; In verboscity settings, these settings tell Jaws to
recognize All, Most, Some, or None for all punctuation. Whereas in the
configuration manager the settings work backwards of the berboscity
settings. The configuration manager settings tell Jaws to ignore All, Most,
Some, Or None of the individual punctuation settings depending on what
option you have chosen for each individual punctuation mark. Hope this
helps.  Take care.
Mike

  I unloaded my default JAWS 9, and launched my demo version of JAWS 10
which
  does not have the IEMax scripts installed, and
  the punctuation is fine. Interestingly, I notice when I close the
  Configuration Manager in both JAWS 9 and JAWS 10 with Alt-F4, I don't get
  the usual dialog prompt asking if you want to save the changes. So I
wonder
  if there is a problem with the Configuration Manager.
