Sounds like several of us have encountered this identical behavior. I'm
going to forward this thread to FS tech support and see if someone there can

Wow!  I never noticed that.  I have made several attempts to use these 
tools.  I get frustrated with it because some things are accessible and 
others are not or not obvious.
