Hi List, I'm wondering what the best way is to install an update. Is it better to update through the help menu or to go to the website and download the latest updated version?
If the website is the better option, do I need to uninstall JAWS completely before updating or can I just update by installing the latest version over the top of the current version? I'm working with JAWS 11. Thank you.
