Unicode can handle all of the characters required for all of the world's languages. If you are using English and your reader will most likely be using English, the "As is" option will work fine.

I just had what you are describing happen to me yesterday and I'm curious as

Sometimes when I paste text from notepad into an email message when I want to send the message I am presented with two options. One is asking if I want
to send as unicode and the other is send as is. What's the difference?
