Here are a couple you might find useful.
GO TO CONTACTS LIST, SHIFT-CONTROL-C
GO TO FOLDER LIST, CONTROL-Y
SEND MESSAGE: ALT-S
ALTERNATE DELETE: CONTROL-D
In Windows Live, many of the hotkeys work, but not as well as they should.
You can't. for example, use first letter navigation to find a folder. You
have to arrow up and down the list.
