Also experienced the same problem my self some time ago and decided to switch to Outlook Express. However, Outlook Express seems to lack when it comes to modern functionality such as supporting of RSS feeds in its interface. So I sometimes use Windows mail. Would be glad to go back to Outlook 2007 due to its tight integration with MS pprograms such as Word and Excell and its autocorrect feature.

You can try disabling HTML messages while this bug in whatever program is being sorted out. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Michael Collett" <mich...@blatchingtoncourt.org.uk>

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Hyperlinks in outlook

I am trying to support my colleague using Jaws 11, Outlook 2007 on a
computer running XP Pro. Very regularly when trying to open an email
with a web link or email address in the body of the email Outlook
crashes and the system wants to report the error to Microsoft, Jaws
cannot read this window, and it is impossible to tab to it to close the
Window. As soon as the error occurs Jaws stops speaking and the Braille
display stops working to.

We did report the error to Sight and Sound and followed their advice to
uninstall Jaws and reload it from a fresh download of the product. The
error persists!
