Yes, I use ExpressScribe all the time. It's interfase isnt' great, but the menus all work and you can load files easily by right clicking on the file and choosing transcribe with express scribe. It has a lot of options you can set through the menus, and once you do that, you really don't need to use the onscreen stuff. At least I don't. It's nice because when you close a file, it remembers where you were when you launch the program again.
