If you mean the one that is on the
Apex, then yes, it can..

The Apex has the Safari browser with Jaws from Humanware
and also uses
Braille, a Braille display with speech.
My son had one recently from his job and I was able to hear
Jaws as well as
read the display in Braille, very nice piece of equipment,
but far out of my
price range...
