I do agree with David F and I'm sure other liters that we need to keep this list free of postings which are complaints about FS or JAWS or any other product discussed here. It is quite easy for any list to degrade to sharing frustrations, disappointments, criticisms and such and that significantly reduces the allure and usefulness of such lists. Thx
