Hi Roseanna, If you just want to add someone's email address from an email you just received, then with the email open, press and hold down the "left alt key" and follow this with pressing the number 1 just above the letters twice quickly. Now press the application key and from the resulting menu choose "add to outlook contacts" A new contact page will pop up containing the persons email address and if you wish you can insert extra information about the person. When finished just press alt + F4 to close and answer yes to have it saved in your contacts list.
