[JAWS-Users] windows live mail contact groups

I have been trying to create a contact group in windows live mail. I read the 
instructions from the internet and it seems really straight forward. It says to 
use the shortcut key ctrl shift c and then click on new and then click on 
contact groups but I don't see "contact groups" or anything to do with groups 
as I tab/arrow around, or use the jaws cursor. Any ideas please!
