My wife had the same problem. It said the program couldn'tr recognize them.

Hi everyone,
I have already installed the real speak with my Windows 7 computer. When I
purchased Openbook 9, I read that I didn't need to install them again,
however, when opening Openbook 9, I am unable to find how to make them
work.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
