Hello Tim;

yes you can use the applications key,
when you have a contact name highlighted, and move to,
block or unblock,
however, I felt it was best to give instructions on using the tools/menu options, otherwise, how are people to learn the layout of the program menus.

You have to hit the application key then arrow down to unblock.

I am running XP Home and the JAWS beta, 12.0.451. I have recently downloaded and installed Messenger. I am doing something wrong when I add contacts and they are showing as blocked. I have read the JAWS information pertaining to Messenger, and looked through the Help topics in Messenger, but I can't 1. Figure out how to keep the additions to my contact list from showing as blocked, and
2. Find out how to unblock them.

A friend said to go to the Contacts Menu and click on Unblock, but it isn't there.
Any help will be most appreciated.
