Well, I just had to send an email with a document attached. It was a nightmare at first trying to locate the document under the insert tool. The document was in my documents and trying to find that folder and file with windows 7 was brutal. Toying I found a very easy way to accomplish the task. First alt I for insert then enter on file attachment. tab about 6 times to the search box and I entered *.doc The list of all dot doc files was presented and the file that I wanted was the first in the list. This made it much easier than trying to find my documents and activate the list. Hope this helps someone else.
