I went to www.sendspace.com and it told me Adobe Flash Player was not installed. The next day I went to www.sendspace.com again, and was able to download what I needed. I run Windows XP SP3 with JAWS 11, second to latest build. I know the latest version of flash is installed because I ended up having my friend do it for me as it is not accessible.

When I go to certain web sites I get a message that I need adobe flashplayer 8 or better. When I try to install the flashplayer I get a message that it is already installed. I went to control panel and then to add/remove programs and tried to remove adobe flashplayer. Adobe flashplayer 10.1.8 is there but when I try to uninstall it nothing happens. I get a q button and an I button but clicking on either of them has no action. Does anyone have a simple solution? I don't think I can do complicated ones.
