All: I recently installed Cisco IP Communicator on my laptop. This program essentially allows either onsite or offsite users to treat their laptop as an internet telephone. At present, I can make outgoing calls, but because the main screen consists solely of numbered graphics, I cannot answer calls, put them on hold, or perform any other function. I've not looked at the script repository in a couple months, but don't recall their being a script there for this particular program. Is anyone using this program and have they come up with any work-arounds? I have a user's guide, which is 103 pages with 880 some links. I'll probably read pieces of it, but based on my past experience, I doubt they're going to say much about basic functions except to identify them through screen shots. Any help will be appreciated.
