[JAWS-Users] question about incerting date and time in a word docqument?

Hi I am wondering, how do you incert date and time, into  a word docqument?
I am using jaws eight, and Ms word 2003, and shift control semmi coling, and
control semi colin is not it, but it is in excell! thanks so much sue
