The problem for Jaws is that when a screen is sent from the server it is
nothing but an image. A picture of what the screen should look like.
Jaws does not parse an image of the screen for its information, it
identifies the controls information to determine what is there and what the
text is.
The server would need to have a version of jaws on it which the remote
computer interacts with.
Similarly, the server registers keystrokes and mouse movements to determine
how the remote computer is interacting with the application on the server.
Without JAWS on the server it has no use for the JAWS keystrokes we use to
navigate and read and therefore can't know what you are doing to it.

Hmmm.the computer is a dedicated server and i don't think i could put jaws
on it.
There must be a way for jaws to see the dedicated server.
Now why is it so hard for jaws to see it i just don't no.

I had to pay extra money to have remote desktop enabled, as I recall.
It then became a feature available in my authorized copy of JAWS.
I still had to install JAWS on the computer I wanted to remote to, though.

The only way I know how to do this is to make sure that the remote
computer
also has JAWS on it.
Does it have JAWS?
If there are other ways to do this, I'd like to learn.
