This is an old bug which FS has known about for years and affects mostly
older versions of JAWS. To restore the JAWS announcement that the item
has been copied to the clipboard, unload and restart JAWS. Or just select
the Copy option from the Context menu to be sure that the command has been
executed.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Copying to the clipboard
Since yesterday, when I copy stuff to the clipboard I don't hear "copied
to clipboard" but hear that the file is pasted where it should go. How
do I get the computer to say that the file has been copied to the
clipboard?
