I am also using it on a 64 bit, windows 7 Dell Percision, and other than the interesting password field change, I am finding it very quick. I am not experiencing as many lags or hang times in things like Word, and it's not getting stuck in emails in Outlook 2010. So far, so good. Warmly, Melissa
