Not only should that work just as well for us, but it would also work after
moving to another calendar! I have been considering Google, Lightning and
as a last resort Outlook. The Outlook Sync product, AnySync, converted my
data fairly well on a one time one way sync, which is basically an export.
It was still very cumbersome as a continuous sync tool.
I guess I am safe for another year because the old, unsupported AnyTime 7.1
Scripts for JAWS still work with JAWS 12 and AnyTime 12.

Don,
This is me too. I'm so invested in years and information I really do not
want to switch. And then to find something that has the features Anytime
has is tough I think. As for my queue to which task is for what part of
life, it seems to work well to asign a two or three character string to
it, such as hm for home, ps as personal or maybe bz for business, then
have the Jaws dictionary for Anytime play a sound when it runs across that
lower case sensitive string.
Hope that helps.

I still use AnyTime 12. I do not use the color features at this time.
Let me know your progress. I have considered moving to another better
supported calendar, but I have a lot of data and am comfortable using
AnyTime.

Thanks. I haven't been too successful on that feature. I can never get
the color scheme to show up in the choices. I took a different approach
and am experimenting with what I think is a solution. I've given all my
music tasks a bdm in front and then assigned a sound to it in that
applications Jaws dictionary so I can quickly scroll through when working
on those items and lisen for the unique sound. Actually I think this
might be a better solution :). Takes up a couples characters real estate
in the edit field but so far so good.
Thanks for the suggestion. I do need to work out the custom highlight for
Quickbooks Pro however but haven't explored it much.

have you tried using the custom highlight assign? not sure if this would
help or not but a suggestion.

For a long time I've used Anytime Organizer by Individual Software and
am currently using version 12. Sadly, it hasn't been supported by Jaws
for a number of years. Thanks however to some users on this list in
the past I managed to get some scripts that allow it to be used in
these later versions of Jaws. My question is I would really like to
make use of the color labels were it would speak a text label as you
scrolled down your To Do list and etc. Now all Jaws says is black, it
doesn't recognize the red on blue or other colors that are there and
verified by doing a Insert 5 command.
Does anyone use this program and make use of this feature?
thanks.
