Only if you are using JAWS 10 and maybe earlier as well as early builds
of JAWS 11. Later builds and JAWS 12 have the scripts installed
automatically.

I have no problems using Facebook Chat with JAWS 11 on Internet
Explorer 7. I only wish there is a way to close the Chat window
completely because the person' name is always on top.
