: Marilyn, go into Jaws configuration manager with insert 6 on the numbers : row. Press shift control d to open Jaws default file. Press alt and then : right arrow. When you hear options go down arrow till you hear forms mode : options and press enter. This is where you can turn forms mode off. You : can choose different sounds also in this dialog box if you like. Tab to the : okay button and press spacebar.
