Obviously there are several methods from which to pick from. The point is
select what works for you and stick with it.

hello;

Graham;

I used the where the to or cc field contains text,
and I named the rule,
jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com

this seems to work for me.

If I might jump in here an offer a thought. You must understand that the
word JAWS is often in the subject line no matter what list the message is
posted to: Now consider this if you would the passage [JAWS-Users] is in the
subject line of every message posted to this list and unless somebody is
doing some sort of spoof kind of a deal this is the only place where it may
be found written exactly in this manner.

So if you were to set your message rule accordingly then the messages for
this list will always land where they are supposed to go.

Blind Tech also is a good example where there is a constant message in the
subject line which like I said makes life easy for creating reliable message
rules.

Hi David

What about a message rule? I have been trying to divert all messages with
the word jaws in the subject to a folder named Jaws although I have had some
success it will not hold it and setting up is very hit and miss.

Graham

Hello there;

to create a group in windows live mail;
and this is assuming your using 2011 the latest version,

1. open windows live mail;

2. press the f6-key, until you hear mail.

3. down arrow and enter on contacts.

4. Note to create a group, it's called category,
so, alt+h, then press the letter "g",
now your asked for name of group,
now tab to contact list, arrow to a contact,, and press spacebar to select,
once you have completed adding the specific email addresses to your group,
tab and enter on save changes button,

hope this helps.
