Hi, wow, thank you it worked! Wow!
You know, I have restarted my computer and opened and closed the program.
This happened a few days ago and I never could get it back; I even did a
system restore to a point before this occurred and it didn't work.
But, your help solved the problem.

try alt+spacebar then the letter x.
did you try restarting your computer?
or, tried closing and reopening windows mail?

I lost some menus in windows mail. I have use of file, edit, and view.
The others have disappeared.
Is there a jaws key that would maximize the window. This may be my
problem. Not sure.
