Hi all,
I want to bring this up just in case someone else has this issue that I had the other day. I was trying to activate jaws 12.0 on a win xp machine, after I typed in my auth number it would just sit there and hang, rather then posting to the list it was urgent so I called fs tech support. The guy informed me that this is an issue they are aware of and the fix for now is to go to the fs activate site manually to get a code. After that everything was fine.
