[JAWS-Users] research it issues

Hi all, I'm currently having issues with a few functions in Research it. I am 
using a laptop running windows xp pro service pack 3 and the latest version of 
jaws 12. When ever I try to use the tracking, time search and currency 
converter, I don't get any results. has anyone else had any issues like these?
