if your using jaws12,
and if you wish to change the behavior of your numlock key;
1, insert+f2=RunJawsManager.
2, press the letter "s"=SettingsCenter, press enter.
3, In the search field type in, numl
you will find the numlock settings.
if your making change, then tab okay press enter.

The startup wizard must have been where I saw that setting recently.
However, should this not also be available somewhere in jaws's
configuration options without going thru the startup wizard for this?
I just found it: the setting is in
congiguration manager/keyboard options
This would be in versions of jaws prior to jaws 12 as I do not have the
latest and greatest.

Hi All.
I am confident someone can tell me exactly how to solve this small but
annoying problem.
~When I first turn on my laptop, by default now numlock is on.
I am JAWS 12 with Windows 7 I presume the setting for this is within
JAWS menus but have no idea where to find it.
I did merge my settings with JAWS 11 but it did not resolve this
particular problem.
