Hi Vicki,
I'm curious to know what display you are trying to install. I
recently installed an Apex and it was a little different. If that is
the display you're working with, the instructions for installing the
Apex driver are on the Humanware site.
I can email you the instructions off list if you would like.

Just open JAWS, enter on Options, arrow down to braille, press
enter, and tab across to Add braille display.
