My diller got authorization from FS as I understand to make it.

Yes,
JFW has this problem when autostarting JFW with the PC.
You can disable that option or, I did an other thing:
I have a little program called JAWS runner.
It will start JFW only after about 50 secunds after the Startup of Windows. We, at Israel use this sometimes because We don't have ILM licenses here and
We need to buy the Dongle versions.
I personally, don't like to start JAWS automatically with my PC.

   While I don't really know the source or the reason of this problem,
even I was facing similar issues with my Dongle.
   this was when I was using the second last release of jaws 11. while I
haven't really tried the the last release of jas11, I have not faced any
such issues with the latest release of jaws12. please upgreade to jaws12 &
see if that helps.

Listers,

Every time I start my computer I get a message about my computer isn't
activated.  That's Jaws activated. So I unload jaws and reload it, and
all
is well.

Well, can some one please tell me just what is going on here?! I'm
running
both my Office PC and my notebook with dongles and I'm having the same
problem with both, and its been going on for some time now.

I've called FS, but they hadn't any idea what's going on here. If anyone
out there have an idea, would you please let me know so I can hopefully
resolve this issue?
