Not absolutely sure it will work, but I'm told that the keystrokes from
previous versions work, so if it does, try:
Alt+a, then i, then a.
Sorry I can't be more definite, but it won't take a second to give it a
try...
All the best,
Barry G

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Adding 'row above' in a table with Word 2007
According to Kathy Ann's tutorial, and to the Word 2007 key tips page, to
add a row above the one where I am in a table I press alt plus j l a.
Pressing these keys returns a submenu headed 'menu commands' including
OpenBook and Duxbury. Arrowing through the upper ribbon to the layout tab
and pressing down arrow returns a list of submenus including 'clipboard,
font, paragraph, styles, and editing. So how do I insert a row above the
current row in a table???
Thanks,
Ann
