Are you sure you closed AIM? If you cannot get it to close, launch the
Windows Task Manager (Alt-Control-Delete), scroll to AIM on the Applications
tab and tab to the end task button to force it to shut down. Then you
should be able to uninstall it.

Hi list, I hope you can help me.
For some reason went I went to use aim it froze up.
I have tried to uninstall it from the programs and features list, from the
computer on the desk top, and also from all programs.
No matter what I do the program stays froze, it will not open or let it
self be uninstalled.
Please, any suggestions would be helpful, thank you very much.
I am using vista with latest jaws 12.
