Hi I believe that the first support for any of the Office 2010 programs came in an update to JAWS 11. You could contact Freedom Scientific, but they're probably going to tell you that you need JAWS 11 or higher. I think that JAWS 10 only supports Office 2007. There are no script or setting files for Word 2010 or Excel 2010 in the JAWS 10 shared settings folder.
