Hi Fred; Below are some steps I found in my notes for Outlook 2007. You can see if they will work in Outlook 2010.
From: "Brian Lee" brianl...@charter.net> When focus is in your message list, remove selection from any selected item and use the right click context menu. If a message is selected use CTRL+spacebar to remove selection. Press application key or shift+f10 to bring up the context menu. Use down arrow key in the menu and you will find the "Sort" choice. Press enter key. You will be able to choose a primary and secondary choice of an item to sort by, sort in ascending or descending order for each of them, and add fields from a list of fields if you want to. Take care. Brian Lee Hope this helps. Take care. My e-mail messages are dropping down from the top and I would like them to come up from bottom but I can't find how to change it in outlook 2010. In outlook express Alt plus V and arrow down would do it. I believe it was under layout.
