Hi Donnie, Type the words "windows update" (without the quotes) in the start menu search box. Pressing the Windows key will give you the search box. The first result will likely be for Windows Update but if not use down arrow or up arrow key to find it. Press enter on the choice. In the resulting window use tab key to find the link for changing settings and press enter key. You should be given the dialog box for adjusting your settings.
