Hi Patty: I just reinstalled the latest update and here is what happens when I open the program. I first land on a pace button for the item to be converted, I tab and I am now on auto checkbox which isn't checked at the moment, I tab again, I land on a combobox which for me at least its set on mp3 and when I arrow down in this combobox I have other options such as: m4a, AAC, wav, WMA, OGG, FLAC and APE.
