The Control + Insert + KeyPad Enter should perform the mouseover
action. Unfortunately, it is hard to tell if the action it performed
was a graphic effect, adding extra text or more navigation links, or go
to another page like a normal link (probably with a special graphic
effect as well). Sometimes JAWS will announce that new text was added
at a certain line.
